DMCA Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice, you may submit a counter-notification. This is your chance to state that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
Required Elements for a Counter-Notification
A valid DMCA counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled. Also state where the material appeared before its removal.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district in which Paige Cheyne Designs may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
We typically restore content after 10 business days if the complainant does not file a court action. This timeline begins after we receive a valid counter-notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Paige Cheyne Designs will terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers of copyright. We maintain a policy of terminating users who repeatedly post infringing content. This policy applies strictly to all users.
We review all allegations of infringement carefully. Multiple valid DMCA notices against a single user account will result in account termination. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
